It is that simple.

It may sound cliché to you, but to me it gets me back in touch with why I got into my business in the first place.

The benefits of narrowing it down to one thing and then focusing on it to make it happen are:

• The time you need to be working is less than half of what it used to be – YIPPEE!
• The time you get back for yourself, for your family or for friends is outstanding – YIPPEE!
• The opportunity to change your default position of working hard is good, relaxing and being happy is not good (c’mon every business owner feels this way …)
• You can give yourself permission to have some hours or days off guilt free (well on the way to this anyway)

Now, c’mon – do the exercise and see what comes up. What is the worst thing that will happen? You will keep doing the same thing you always have.
